1 PAYMENTS AND FEES

In order for a place to be kept open for your child, payment is required monthly in advance on the 1st of the month by direct debit. We are no longer able to accept cash, cheques or monthly BACS payments.

Prices are based on 48 weeks of dance. 4 weeks are deducted for summer and winter holidays.

Fees are non refundable.

2 CANCELLATIONS

All unattended classes are still payable.

Should you child wish to cancel one of their classes then we require one months notice via email. debbie@fusion-studios.net

3 CLOTHING

Uniforms including Dance Fusion merchandise can be ordered by our order forms in the studio.

No jewellery or accessories to be worn to Dance Fusion for obvious safety reasons.

Uniform must be worn at every session.

Hair should be in a neat and tidy pony tail or bun.

4 CLASSES AND DISCIPLINE

We advise that your child does not bring any valuables to class i.e. phone etc Dance Fusion do not hold any responsibility for lost or damaged items.

No child will be allowed to leave the studio without a parent or guardian there for pickup. Your child's safety is paramount to us.

If you are going to be late in collecting your child, you must contact the instructor/Debbie to inform us.

Our staff will not tolerate abusive or disruptive behavior from students or parents/guardians. We will treat everyone with respect and appreciate the same in return.

If a child/parent/guardian displays consistent or unruly behaviour, this could result in termination of class membership.

5 GENERAL

Any medical conditions must be disclosed upon registration, and the responsibility falls on you, the parent/guardian, to update us when necessary afterwards. It is imperative that we are fully aware of any health implications at all times, for your child's safety and your own peace of mind.

Dance Fusion communication is made via email, through class4kids or our social media. Please ensure you follow our social media platforms for recent updates.

From time to time, it will be essential for physical contact to take place between the teacher and student. We encourage safe practice at all times and support students in doing so.

In the event of a session being cancelled due to adverse weather conditions out with our control, fees will be non refundable.
